Terms of use
Hexland is a cosy game for players of all ages. By playing Hexland, and by using the family chat or the friends features, you agree to these terms.
What we do not allow
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content. In chat messages, names and anything else other players can see, you may not:
- insult, bully, intimidate or harass anyone;
- spread hate or discrimination;
- share sexual or violent content;
- share personal information about yourself or others.
Anyone who breaks these rules is removed from the game: messages disappear, the name can be reset and the account can be blocked.
Reporting and blocking
See something that is not okay? Report it with the report button next to a message or a name in the game, or email support@hexlandgame.com. We review reports within 24 hours. You can also mute or block a player yourself at any time; blocked players cannot send you messages, friend requests or gifts.
Children
Children under 13 use the family chat only with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian. Parents and guardians are responsible for their child's use of the family chat.
Purchases
Diamonds and the Starter pack are bought through Apple. Refunds go through Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com). You can read more about your data in our privacy policy.
